At the Honbu dojo we have 8 specialised fitness & conditioning classes per week. Each class focuses on different equipment such as TRX, Vipr, Rip Trainer, Stability Ball, Resistance bands, Kettle Bells etc and exercises designed to give you maximum results increasing weight loss, muscle tone and an all round increase in your health and well being.
