JKS Scotland is affiliated to the Japan Karate Shotorenmei, bringing original and authentic traditional Shotokan Karate to the world. We have a number of Dojos throughout the country fully affiliated to our association.

All Dojos must meet strict criteria to affiliate with us and all instructors have the following minimum attributes:

Fully qualified to teach authentic traditional Shotokan Karate

Enhanced Disclosure Scotland Certified/PVG

Karate Scotland Dan Grade Ratified

Sport Scotland Coaching Certified

Basic First Aid Certified
